Happy Wednesday everyone!
As promised here is a progress shot of the newest project on my needles, my first jumper of the year! I’m super excited about this jumper, I’ve had my eyes on this design since it came out last year and I’m happy I’ve finally started it 🙂
The name of the pattern is Arwen by Isabell Kraemer and I think it’s just so beautiful. I’ve chosen the yarn for it with my family over at Christmas and it’s super soft so I can’t wait to be able to wear it.
This is the second time I make a jumper from Isabell Kraemer and I really like her patterns. it’s a top down jumper and as you can see I’ve hit the pattern already. I’ll try to share progress update when I separate into the main body and sleeves, hopefully before the end of the month!

Thanks Joey, I think it’s definitely going fast. I love that about jumpers and I’m sure that when I’m past the motifs it will be even faster.

My daughter gave me enough yarn for both a summer and winter jumper. I suppose I have no excuse anymore to get a jumper on my needles soon too. 🙂

That will be very pretty! I am still slogging on all the same projects, but getting closer. I’m looking forward to some serious car knitting next weekend when we drive to MT to see the doctoral candidate(Girl #1). Hope to finish the other mitten then and be able to start something new!

I love the top down designs. This one looks very fine and pretty too. I’m got a secret knitting project ready to sew together and I started knitting socks yesterday 🙂

Oh a secret knit sounds like fun! I need to get back on my sock knitting too but I should probably finish my gloves first 😅 too many projects?
